MADE TO MEASURE
To ensure the highest level of attention to our Customers, we offer a made-to-measure service, meaning that all products from our Website can be ordered custom-made by using Client’s personal measurements.
This exclusive made-to-measure service can be requested by placing an order by selecting “CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS” as the size. After order confirmation, you will receive a measurements form and a declaration form, both of which should be filled in with the respective data and emailed back to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team is at your service for any information needed for making a made-to-measure order.
All custom-made products must be subject to additional arrangements. The price, execution terms and delivery time will be arranged in the correspondence between you and our team. We always do our best to maintain a reasonable term for execution that is close to the standard execution time as possible.
As our client, you should give precise and accurate information for the customized order following the size guide on www.fleurmystere.com and the instructions of the Fleur Mystere team. Fleur Mystere shall not be liable for any loss or additional expense relating to mistakes and/or changes in the client’s measurements.
Each custom-made product is made specifically to your specifications and preferences and such orders can't be canceled or returned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days after items are received. We will do our best to address your issues. In the rare case when Fleur Mystere and the client agree on alterations (we are not obligated to offer such but can negotiate in each particular case), the client is responsible for covering shipping charges and any additional charges for alterations.
CREDIT CARDS - We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
SHIPPING POLICY Shipping Time -- Depending on your location, shipping timen fully depends on the destination and customs regulations, and usually ranges from 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

- All personalised dresses (made to custom measurements) custom ordered are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
- Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with all tags attached, and be in the same condition as when it was delivered. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 10-15 business days to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
- Fleur Mystere does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.

WE will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. If you choose to return an item we will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price.
